About paying
Is VAT included in those prices?
Yes. What you see is what you pay — the tax is already inside it, so nothing is added at checkout. If you're a business with a valid VAT number you can still enter it during checkout, and it will appear on your invoice.
Will I be charged exactly €4.99?
From us, yes: we charge in euros, VAT included, and we add nothing at checkout. But if your bank, card or payment account is held in another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fee to convert it — that part is theirs, not ours, and we don't receive any of it. Paying from a euro account avoids it entirely.
How do I pay, and who handles my card?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach us — we don't see them, store them, or have any way to.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment and emails it to you, and you can download past invoices from your billing portal at any time.
How do I cancel?
From inside the panel: Settings → Sync → Manage subscription opens your billing portal, where you can cancel in one click. No email, no form, no retention call. See the cancellation and refunds page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your local panel is untouched and keeps working with everything in it. Your cloud copy stays downloadable and deletable — what stops is uploading new changes.
Do I need to subscribe to use Snugport?
No, and that's the point. The free panel isn't a limited version: it's the whole product on one device.
