Why it exists
Every session moves through worked → invoiced → paid, so the panel knows what you produced this month and what actually landed in the bank. It also tells you how long the oldest unpaid work has been waiting.
A rate calculator that starts from what you want to earn and works backwards through holidays, sick days and — the part nobody counts — the share of your week that isn't billable.
Deadlines, domain renewals and leads going cold, all on one page. Eighty currencies, with the exchange rate frozen on each session so what you charged in March stays what you charged.
Your data
Not as a promise — as an architecture. Snugport writes to your browser's own storage. With no account there is no server holding your clients, your rates or your income.
Closing the tab is the whole security model. There is nothing for us to lose, sell or hand over, because we never had it.
Open it and use it. Signing up is only for syncing devices, and that's optional.
After the first visit the whole panel is on your device. No connection needed to open it.
Add it to your desktop, launcher or home screen and it runs in its own window.
One button exports everything as a JSON file. Import it anywhere. Nothing is locked in.
No analytics, no third-party scripts, no fonts loaded from someone else's server.

What costs money
Free is not a trial: every section, every tool, no limits and no expiry. What you pay for is Snugport Sync — your panel moving between devices on its own, so what you type on the laptop is on your phone without exporting anything.
And if you stop paying, your data doesn't become a hostage. The panel keeps working locally, you can still download your copy from the cloud and you can still delete it. The only thing that stops is uploading.
Questions
No. The panel works with no account at all. You only create one if you want Snugport Sync, which is the paid part.
In your browser's local storage, on the device you're using. If you turn Sync on, an encrypted-in-transit copy also lives in our database so your other devices can pick it up.
The same thing that happens to any site's local data: it goes. That's why there's a one-click JSON export, and why Sync exists. On iPhone, Safari also clears local storage for sites you haven't visited in seven days — adding Snugport to your home screen exempts it.
Yes. The whole panel is built for small screens too, and tables turn into cards instead of scrolling sideways.
Your local panel is untouched and keeps working. Your cloud copy stays downloadable and deletable — you just can't upload new changes until you subscribe again. We don't hold your work hostage.
No, and that's deliberate. Snugport tracks whether work has been invoiced and paid, but it doesn't issue the document — issuing invoices turns a tool into regulated billing software, and that's a different product.
Always. Settings → Data → export gives you a JSON file with everything in it, and the import button takes it back.
