Write about anything: a bug, a question about your subscription, a refund, a feature you wish existed, or a privacy request. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
Things that are faster to do yourself
- Cancel a subscription — Settings → Sync → Manage subscription, one click. See cancellation and refunds.
- Get an invoice — they're all in that same billing portal.
- Export your data — Settings → Data → export, gives you a JSON file with everything.
- Delete your account — Settings → Sync, at the bottom. It's immediate and permanent.
- Reset your password — the "forgot your password" link on the sign-in screen.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you've found a vulnerability, please write to the same address with the details and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. It will be taken seriously and you will get an answer.
